Golf Price Breakdown
The cost of a single entry is $125 and team entry is $500. Includes: Round of golf (scramble format), bucket of range balls, dinner, drink coupons, and a charitable donation of $45 (single entry) or $180 (team entry). Please consult with your tax adviser to determine the tax-deductibility of your gift. Proceeds support the Livestock Judging Teamís travel and other expenses throughout the year. Prizes go to the top teams.

If you are registering your foursome (purchasing four entries), you will need to list the remaining members of your foursome as "Guests" in the "Guest Information" section below. If you are just registering for yourself (purchasing one entry), please add the remaining names of your foursome in the "Questions" section of this form.
