The CSU Early Childhood Center (ECC) is a laboratory school
with a three-fold mission to (a) prepare university students for careers in the
field of early childhood education; (b) provide opportunities for research
related to children, families and early childhood education; and (c) offer a
developmentally appropriate, Reggio-Emilia inspired learning environment for
young children. Each year, the ECC serves approximately 150 children (ages 6
weeks to 6 years) while simultaneously training more than 120 college students
from various departments across campus.
Your gift to the ECC may qualify for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit (CCCCC), which may allow Colorado taxpayers a 50% tax credit on state income taxes when your donation promotes a child care program. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine the tax-deductibility of your gift. Please contact our Director of Development, Kelsey Burket, at kelsey.burket@colostate.edu or 970-491-2281 to request the official tax form.
