Emerson Supports Fermentation Science and Technology Education Scholarship
Science and Technology Program at Colorado State University is a science-based program that
challenges students to understand the chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology
of fermentation from both a food and beverage perspective. The program
curriculum was developed in collaboration with the food and beverage
fermentation industry and includes applied training in fermentation, brewing,
sensory analysis, and operations management.
Emerson is excited to
support the FST Program and deepen its
partnership with CSU by creating the new Emerson Supports Fermentation Science
and Technology Education Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded annually
to a high-performing sophomore or junior studying FST at CSU.
