Support the Fermentation Science and Technology Program
Designed to prepare and educate students in the science and art of fermenting foods and beverages, the Fermentation Sciences and Technology Degree Program includes the development of practical research and outreach initiatives to answer questions facing the growing fermentation-related industries in Colorado, the United States, and the world. CSU is uniquely poised to be a leader in the fermentation sciences educational arena, but in order to build upon the foundation of our existing noteworthy programs, money, equipment, and service - at all levels - are needed to launch this shared effort to continue a high standard of education, relevant and impactful research, hands-on learning opportunities, and outreach to the industry.
