High Plains Intermountain Center for Agricultural Health and Safety
The High Plains Intermountain Center for Agricultural Health and Safety is dedicated to improving the health, safety, and well-being of workers in the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industries. We conduct research and consult with industry to make workplaces safer. Our research program is diverse and covers many areas of worker safety including lung disease and bioaerosols, chemicals and pesticides, tractor roll-overs, dairy worker safety, and much more. We also have an outreach program and offer pilot grants and community-initiated grants. Everyone deserves a safe workplace and, with your support, we will continue to work to make that happen.
