Management program provides students with broad, business-focused knowledge and
skills which transfer across all segments of the hospitality industry. The primary
segments are centered on operations management in hotel/lodging, food and beverage, and event planning. The HM program maintains strong ties with local,
regional, and national employers in all sectors of hospitality, which leads to
a wide array of employment opportunities at graduation. Gifts of all sizes are
appreciated to support education, research, hands-on learning opportunities for
students, equipment, and industry outreach.
