Director, Advancement Marketing & Communications
The Director, Advancement Marketing and Communications provides leadership, oversight, strategic direction, tactical and technical expertise in support of the greater University Advancement Division. This work includes responsibility for creating and managing strategy, development and implementation of internal and external advancement/fundraising communications efforts particularly in the area of the Alumni Association. The Director leads, develops, and manages advancement marketing campaigns, writing and editing, proposal coordination and production, and supports creation and strategy for Division collateral (including newsletters, web content and other development and marketing publications). This position collaborates with the University Advancement Communications team as well and stakeholder University partners (Division of External Relations, Colleges and Units) to ensure flawless, on-time, and high impact delivery of advancement communications components. This 12-month, full-time appointment reports to the Executive Director, University Advancement Communications.
